Over the last 2 years, we have been heavily growing our customer base month over month, have secured our latest seed funding in August, and are now ready to further scale! In order to do so, we are now looking for an exceptional and experienced Head of Sales to help Swaarm expand on a global scale. You will be part of an international team that consists of highly skilled ad tech enthusiasts and a management team that individually brings 8-10 years of functional and industry experience.
As part of the Swaarm leadership team, you will be working directly with our C-level.
- You will play a vital role in the development and execution of Swaarm’s sales strategy
- You will lead an ambitious international sales team
- You will set sales targets for the sales team
- You will own the entire sales process
- You will pitch and sell our products to international customers
- You will represent Swaarm to global customers and act as an ambassador for our company and products
- You will not only be responsible for customer acquisition but also for ensuring their retention and growth via the key account management
- You will attend and represent Swaarm at global industry events and work in cooperation with the Marketing team for the highest ROI
- You have 5+ years of hands-on B2B SaaS sales experience
- You have experience in leading sales teams
- You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in online marketing and tech-related topics
- You have a proven track record of effectively owning customer interfaces and managing the entire sales process
- You have a proven track record of identifying, negotiating, and closing deals
- You are driven, self-motivated and always strive to meet and exceed sales targets
- You are fluent in English to exchange and negotiate with global customers
- You have experience in using a CRM like Hubspot, or similar
- You have a team player mentality and believe in open and constructive feedback
